TechnoWizards, a technology solution provider, needed to enhance their platform’s user experience, particularly in their low-code, live chat, and AI chatbot solutions. Their existing dashboard was complex, lacked personalized experiences, and the chatbot interfaces were underperforming. As a result, businesses struggled to navigate the platform, underutilized the chatbot solutions, and missed out on growth opportunities. TechnoWizards needed to better serve enterprise businesses and SMEs, particularly those looking to scale customer support and communication across multiple channels.

We redesigned the TechnoWizards platform to address key issues by streamlining the enterprise dashboard for easier navigation, enhancing chatbot interfaces for better conversational engagement, and implementing personalized experiences tailored to diverse users. Additionally, we improved communication methods to clearly demonstrate the benefits of chatbots and e-commerce solutions, driving increased utilization and unlocking growth opportunities.

In this project, I led the UX research and redesign for TechnoWizards, a platform offering low-code, live chat, and AI chatbot solutions. I conducted in-depth user research, strategic design planning, and iterative testing to enhance user engagement and ensure seamless scalability. A key focus was improving the conversational user interface, creating a more natural, personalized dialogue flow, and adding multilingual support to engage a broader audience. The overall goal was to transform TechnoWizards into a more user-friendly, scalable, and growth-driven platform.
